Cold Pig Ears
1.
Clean the auxiliary materials and peanuts into the ground peanuts.
2.
Peel garlic and chop into garlic paste.
3.
Cut the spicy millet into sections, remove the leaves and cut the celery into sections.
4.
Boil the pig ears in clean water, then cut into thin slices and let cool.
5.
Then pour the ground peanuts, minced garlic, and celery into a bowl with pig ears.
6.
Shake the spicy hotpot bottom evenly.
7.
Then pour in an appropriate amount of base material (about 3 spoons) and mix evenly.
Tips:
1. If you can't eat spicy food, don't add spicy millet. The amount of base material can also be reduced.
2. The numb and salty taste of the spicy space base material is more suitable, so there is no need to add pepper and salt.
