Cold Pork Liver

Wash the liver and soak in clean water for 2 hours.

Boil the water in the pot, put the liver in the pot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes to remove the blood.

Remove the liver from the pig for use.

Put the pork liver in another pot and add all the ingredients in the main ingredients.

Put the lid on, cook for 15 minutes after the water is boiled, turn off the heat, do not open the lid and simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove the cooked liver and let it cool for later use.

Cut the cold pork liver into thin slices and place on a plate.

All the ingredients except coriander are mixed to make a sauce.

Pour the mixed juice on the liver, add the coriander, and mix well when eating.
