Cold Pork Skin Jelly

Freeze the skin and cut into small pieces, wash and chop the parsley, and pound the garlic into a mashed garlic.

Put the pork skin jelly into a clean basin and add the very fresh soy sauce.

Add vinegar.

Add salt and stir well.
