Cold Potato

Ingredients: cold potatoes, carrots, snow peas, black fungus, green onions, dried peppers.

Remove the gluten of snow peas, wash, blanch, remove and soak in clear water.

Shred cold potato, shred carrot, shred snow peas, shred black fungus, shred green onion, and shred dried chili.

Pour cold potatoes, carrots, snow peas and black fungus into the pot.

Add monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and salt, and mix well.

Tips:
1. The snow peas and black fungus should be blanched and then served cold.
2. The cold potato has a sweet taste, and the finished product naturally has a sweet taste.
3. It needs to be kept refrigerated after opening the Roshas Garlic Oyster Sauce.
4. If you don't like to use the oily method, you can add the seasoning directly.
