Cold Prawn Spaghetti
1.
Prepare the raw materials
2.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. The pappardelle usually takes 5-6 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Drain the water after cooking, dip into cold water and set aside.
3.
When cooking the noodles, cut the tomatoes in half, put the tomatoes and the torn basil leaves in a large bowl, add salt (2 teaspoons) and black pepper, mix well, and let the salt soak out the tomato juice.
4.
Cut the shrimp into large pieces, drizzle with olive oil, add garlic, 1 teaspoon of sea salt and black pepper, and mix well.
5.
Add olive oil to the pan and fry the shrimps over high heat for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds, until they are thoroughly cooked.
Tips:
1. Be sure to use small tomatoes. Small tomatoes have higher sugar content than large tomatoes and have a good taste.
2. Remember not to overcook the pasta. Pappardelle is so thin that it can be easily broken.
