Cold Root

Prepare the root, wild bitter onion, garlic, ginger

Fold the roots of the ears into small sections, rub your hands gently and wash them off

Cut the green onion into sections, chop the garlic after pat, and chop the ginger into shreds.

Put all into the container, add chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well (can add coriander, or mix with spicy)
Tips:
1. Don't fold in the roots of the ears when they are old, they can be fried or boiled.
2. Don't rub it with salt when washing, it won't be crispy when eaten like that.
