The northerners call this dish Granny Ding, the scientific name Dandelion, and of course there are many nicknames, but the northerners call it Granny Ding. Now you can see everywhere in the land of the north. You can pick it without spending a penny. Yesterday I went out for a small trip and I picked up a plastic bag. The family dipped the pickles for dinner. It’s slightly bitter, fragrant and refreshing. I also made this cold salad, which is very popular.

Cold Salad

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the black fungus, remove the roots of the enoki mushroom and wash

2. After blanching enoki mushrooms, supercool water to control moisture
