Cold Seaweed Knot

1. Wash the kelp knots.

2. Chop garlic and ginger into puree.

3. Put the kelp knot in the water and heat it for two minutes.

4. Control the moisture in the kelp knot, then add sesame oil, vinegar and chopped puree, mix well and eat.
