Remove the shell of the shrimp and wash the shrimp

Tips:
1: As long as the ingredients are blanched and cooked, do not overcook them, so as to preserve the original flavor and crisp taste of the ingredients;
2: Flaxseed oil is not suitable for high-temperature cooking, otherwise it will lose nutrients, so cold dressing is the most suitable!
