Cold Soy Sprouts

Prepare soybean sprouts.

Soak the soybean sprouts for a while and wash.
3.
Boil water in a pot and blanch the bean sprouts thoroughly.

Remove and drain the water for later use.

Peel the ginger and garlic, finely chop them; put them in a bowl.

Pour the balsamic vinegar into the ginger and garlic, and add the cold soy sauce.
7.
Pour in sesame oil and mix well to form a sauce.
8.
Put the blanched bean sprouts in the sauce, mix well and put on a plate; drizzle with chopped pepper and mix well.
Tips:
1. Soy bean sprouts must be blanched and thoroughly blanched.
2. Different condiments can be selected according to personal preference.
3. The flavor is better if adding sweet peppers and shrimp skins.
