Cold Soybean Crust

To prepare oily bean curd.

Coriander and other ingredients are prepared.

Soak the oily bean curd with ice water.

Wash coriander, cut into small sections, sprinkle a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, the soaked bean curd is blanched.

Tips:
1: Stir fry all kinds of seasonings in the pot and then stir them into the oily bean curd, the taste will be better.
2: Soak the oily bean curd in cold water.
