The scorching sun in midsummer caused people to lose their appetites and they didn't like food anymore. This delicious cold noodle is guaranteed to cure your lack of appetite.

Ingredients

Cold Summer Noodles

1. Prepare the right amount of fresh noodles.

2. Wash cucumbers and carrots and shred them. Cut the pickled vegetables into small pieces.

3. Peel the garlic and wash, add a spoonful of salt and pound it into a garlic mortar.

4. Add two spoons of vinegar and drizzle a little sesame oil.

5. Add enough drinking water to the pot, add the noodles after the fire is boiled, and cook.

6. Take another bowl of iced boiled water, scoop the cooked noodles into it, rinse and change the ice water to cool the noodles.
