Cold Sweet Potato Leaves

Sweet potato leaves take the leaves and the top tender parts

Clean the sweet potato leaves
3.
Bring to a boil

Add sweet potato leaves

Add some fuel

Add some salt and blanch it to cook

Scoop out the sweet potato leaves

Tips:
1. For sweet potato leaves, choose tender leaves and top parts, and remove old stems.
2. Stir-fry sweet potato leaves with garlic slices, or make them into cold dishes.
3. When the sweet potato leaves are blanched and boiled, add some salt and oil to keep the vegetables from changing color.
