Scrambled Eggs with Sweet Potato Leaves and Shrimp Paste

1. Pick and wash sweet potato leaves.

2. After the oil in the nonstick pan is hot, add the eggs.

3. Stir-fry over medium and small heat and shovel into small pieces.

4. In a separate pot, add the chopped green onion after the oil is hot.

5. Add 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste and stir fry.

6. Add sweet potato leaves and stir fry.

7. Stir-fry until sweet potato leaves are broken, add egg and stir-fry well.

Tips:

The shrimp paste is very salty, so there is no need to add salt.
