Cold Tofu Knot

Soak the tofu in water to soften, drain and set aside.

Boil water in a boiling pot, pour the soaked tofu and cook until it is cooked. Drain the water and set aside.

Mince the garlic and put it in a bowl,

Add appropriate amount of vinegar, sesame oil, chili sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to make a juice.

Put the cooked tofu knot into the container, pour the adjusted juice and stir evenly,

Just install it.
