Cold Tofu Knot

1. Soak the tofu in water to soften, drain and set aside.

2. Boil water in a boiling pot, pour the soaked tofu and cook until it is cooked. Drain the water and set aside.

3. Mince the garlic and put it in a bowl,

4. Add appropriate amount of vinegar, sesame oil, chili sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to make a juice.

5. Put the cooked tofu knot into the container, pour the adjusted juice and stir evenly,

6. Just install it.
