Grilled Tofu Knot with Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet.

Cut the tofu skin into wide strips.

Tie into a knot.

Put the oil in the hot pan, add the chicken feet and stir well.

Add soy sauce and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add green onion and ginger and stir fry for a nice flavor

Then add the rest of the seasoning, stir-fry and bring to a boil.

Turn the lid to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

Add tofu and stir-fry well.
10.
Cover and simmer for another 20 minutes and turn off the heat.

Finished picture.
Tips:
Add a little fermented bean curd juice to increase the fragrance.
