Roast Pork with Tofu

Prepare the ingredients: soak the tofu knot in advance, soak the tofu until soft, cut the pork belly into small cubes, and cut the carrot into cubes.

Put the pork belly and cold water into the boiling pot, boil and blanch the water, rinse off the blood foam and drain
