Braised pork is very popular. I personally love and hate braised pork. I love its fat but not greasy. I love its moisturizing taste and hate its high calorie content. If only one piece of braised pork is made for each person, it would be very unique to serve. Tofu knots and carrots are to accompany braised pork. Tofu knots and carrots absorb the oil of the braised pork, which is nourishing and delicious. The tofu knots and carrots reduce the greasiness of the braised pork, making it healthier to eat.

Roast Pork with Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients: soak the tofu knot in advance, soak the tofu until soft, cut the pork belly into small cubes, and cut the carrot into cubes.

2. Put the pork belly and cold water into the boiling pot, boil and blanch the water, rinse off the blood foam and drain

3. Put a spoon of oil and sugar in the wok, melt the sugar over a low heat, add the pork belly and sliced ginger and garlic.

4. Stir-fry pork belly until golden

5. Stir fry with cooking wine, braised soy sauce and oyster sauce to color the pork belly

6. Add boiled water without any ingredients, then add carrots to a boil and simmer over medium-low heat

7. When the soup is about to dry out, add tofu and stir-fry evenly

8. Cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, add salt according to taste

Tips:

1 Putting sugar can make the dishes brighter,
2 The tofu knot is soaked and softened before adding. The tofu knot should not be stir-fried for too long
