I didn’t know that watermelon peels could still be eaten. Later, I accidentally went to the food network to see people using them to make cold dishes.

Cold Watermelon Peel

1. Prepare the watermelon rind and remove the green rind on the outside.

2. Prepare some ginger, garlic and shallots.

3. Chop the ginger, garlic and green onions, add salt and soy sauce.

4. Add chili oil, chicken essence, sesame oil, etc. and mix thoroughly to make a juice.

5. Watermelon peel slices.

6. Just pour the sauce on top and mix it when you eat.

Tips:

1. Choose a thicker watermelon rind.
2. Add a little chili sauce to the cold salad to be more appetizing and refreshing.
