Cold Watermelon Peel

1. Cut half of the watermelon flesh directly into small pieces, leave the skin, remove the dark green crust, and leave the white skin part, you can save some red flesh

2. Cut the melon skin into thin strips

3. Pour the melon peel into the container, add appropriate amount of salt, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and umami soy sauce (less), stir evenly and marinate for five minutes to taste.

Tips:
