Cold Watermelon Peel

Watermelon skin, remove the red part; peel off the skin;

Cut into small slices;
3.
Add the chopped green pepper and garlic;
4.
Mix in salt, very fresh flavor, and white sugar, stir well, and it's fine;

Serve it on a plate, and you can start eating; a plate of crispy watermelon rind;
Tips:
The red part of the watermelon rind should be removed to make it more crispy;
