Cold Watermelon Peel

1. Leave a little red flesh on the watermelon skin, peel off the green crust of the watermelon, and cut into small pieces.

2. Marinate in salt for half a day, rinse with water, and drain.

3. Add minced garlic and chili.

4. Add salt, sugar, chicken essence, and pepper.

5. Put in some fresh soy sauce.
