When I went back to my mother-in-law’s house some time ago, I picked a wild vegetable and I didn’t know its name. I used it to make a cold dish.

Cold Wild Vegetables

1. Pick and wash wild vegetables. Mashed garlic into garlic paste

2. Boil water in the pot

3. Soak in clean water for a while and then squeeze out the water

4. Put wild vegetables in a clean basin, add vinegar and garlic

5. Add oyster sauce

6. Add Weijixian soy sauce

7. Add oyster sauce and mix well

Tips:

After adding oyster sauce and soy sauce, the saltiness is basically enough, and there is no need to add salt.
