Braised Rice with Mushroom Ribs

Dice shiitake mushrooms, cut wild vegetables into sections, chopped green onion, and minced garlic ready!

Cut the ribs into sections, wash and prepare as shown.

Add peanut oil in a cold pan, add minced garlic to 30% heat, and stir-fry.

Make up the garlic flavor, add the ribs and stir fry, stir and change the color, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, and continue stir fry.

Add shiitake mushrooms and continue to stir fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt, light soy sauce and continue to stir fry evenly

Wash the rice well, put it in a pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and then add wild vegetables and spread evenly.

Then pour the fried ribs into the pressure cooker (above the wild vegetables)

Cover the lid and let the pressure cooker simmer for half an hour, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while until the pressure cooker evaporates. Turn the pot and stir evenly.
Tips:
Add the soup from the fried ribs to the rice pot.
