Cold Yuba

Soak the yuba in warm water to soften.

Mince garlic and mince pepper.
3.
Cut into sections.

Put the cut yuba in a bowl and add refined salt. Add the marinade, pour in the minced garlic, chili, tempeh, and oiled chili, mix well.

Then add a pint of fresh, sesame oil, chicken essence, and old vinegar, mix well again and serve.
6.
Serve with cold yuba.
