Cold Yuba Fungus

Soak the dried yuba and black fungus overnight in advance, wash and set aside.

Cut half an onion horizontally and tear it into a half moon shape as shown in the figure, set aside.

Put water in a pot, boil until boiling, add yuba, blanch until mature, it takes about 3 minutes.

In the same procedure, it takes about 5 minutes to blanch the mature black fungus.

Add all the seasonings, mix well with the main ingredients to be used, and you're done!
