Coleslaw

First cut off the old part of the napa cabbage, then break it apart and wash it

Cut into slices for later use; add salt to the basin, add some water, beat the salt until it melts, and then put the sliced vegetables in salt water to soak for more than 12 hours (to remove the raw flavor of the vegetables)

Finally, drain the soaked vegetables, add a little chicken essence and sesame oil, mix thoroughly, and set it on a plate.
