Mix the low powder, powdered sugar, milk powder, and egg liquid in a mixing bowl

Knead the dough and wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Take out and roll out the plastic wrap into a thin sheet

Print out the cloud shape in the circle

Spread greased paper on the baking tray, put the hollow round biscuits into the preheated 160 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes, then take it out

Put colored hard candy in the hollow part and bake for about 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (until the sugar just melts)

Tips:
1. The size of the hard candy is different, and the temper of the oven is also different. It is recommended to observe the melting of the candy after the second time in the oven. It can be taken out when it is just melted, about 5-8 minutes, if the time is too long. When it grows, a lot of bubbles will grow, and the color will become caramel.
2. After the biscuits are baked, they must be fully cooled, and the candies inside are solidified before removing them from the oil paper.
