Colored Shrimp Sliders

Prepare ingredients: 6 fresh shrimps, 10g starch, 15g broccoli, 15g purple cabbage, and 1 lemon.
PS: The shrimp meat for babies is best to buy wild fresh shrimp.

After washing and removing the head and tail of the fresh shrimp, use a toothpick to remove the shrimp thread and shrimp tendons.
PS: It is best to remove the shrimp thread and shrimp tendons, so that part of the shrimp smell and dirt can be removed.
If your baby is afraid of fishy, you can soak the shrimp in water for a while.

Cut the shrimp into small pieces.

Put the prawns into the stir and beat until puree.

This is the whipped shrimp paste!
PS: The more delicate the shrimp paste, the better, so that it will be easier to squeeze into shrimp slides afterwards.

Blanch the purple cabbage in boiling water.

Then cut the blanched purple cabbage into small pieces.

Put the purple cabbage in a blender, add 30g of water, and beat into a thicker juice.

This is the whipped purple cabbage.
PS: Purple cabbage turns blue when it meets water, and turns pink when it meets acid, so if you want a variety of beautiful colors, you can also develop this characteristic of purple cabbage!

Blanch the broccoli with boiling water, and blanch the broccoli.

Cut the broccoli into small pieces.

Stir the same with 30g of water into a slightly thicker juice.

This is the blended broccoli juice. I use it to make green shrimp slides.

Make half of the shrimp paste into purple and half into green. Take purple as an example! Add purple cabbage juice and 5g starch to the shrimp paste.
PS: The color effects of purple cabbage are different, so you have to make adjustments according to your own effects!
If you feel that there is too much water, you can use a strainer to remove the excess water and add only the purple cabbage.

Stir the prawn paste with chopsticks until it is strong.
PS: According to your own preferences, adjust the color of the shrimp paste a little bit!

Put the shrimp paste into the piping bag and cut a small opening with scissors.
PS: When loading the shrimp paste, you can support the piping bag on a deeper cup, so that it will be more convenient and clean to put the shrimp paste in.

Boil a pot of boiling water and squeeze them into strips of colorful shrimps. When they float on the water, they will prove to be cooked. Be sure to confirm that the shrimp is cooked through after you have tasted it~

The shrimp slides made in this way can be lowered into the soup or into the baby's noodles. Isn't it more interesting? Is the color more attractive to the baby? ! And the prawns made in this way are very chewy, and it is more convenient to eat with the noodles below.
Tips:
Xiaosi’s mother would like to emphasize here that the amount of purple cabbage juice added is not fixed when making the shrimp slippery, so you must not add it all in one mind, as it will become very thin. It depends on the consistency of the batter. The consistency like my picture below is almost the same.
