Colorful Agar Watermelon Cups (afternoon Dessert for Eight People)
1.
Take 10g of agar, 500g of water, and 100g of caster sugar while boiling and stirring until it melts. After turning off the heat, add 30g of condensed milk and stir evenly into the container. Agar can solidify at room temperature, and it will be faster to put it in the refrigerator.
2.
To make mango jam: Take a mango pulp and add a little water into the blender and stir to make 100g of mango jam for later use. Take 10g of agar, 430g of water, and 100g of caster sugar while boiling and stirring until it melts. After turning off the heat, add 100g of mango paste and stir evenly, pour it into the container to solidify.
3.
Because I like the taste of mulberry fruit, some jams are kept at home. If you don't have enough, you can use 150g of other brightly colored jams instead. Take 10g of agar, 380g of water, and 100g of caster sugar while boiling and stirring until it melts. After turning off the heat, add 150g of mulberry jam, stir evenly, and pour into the container to solidify. Since this is the last thing I did, I put it in the refrigerator to speed up the solidification.
4.
Cut out the two ends of the watermelon and dig out the melon sac. Cut a slice of watermelon at the bottom of the watermelon cup, and it can be placed on the table stably. Be careful not to cut too thick.
5.
The middle part of the watermelon is cut into round pieces.
6.
Dig out the melon sac in the middle and cut into small cubes for later use.
7.
Slice the three-color agar cake and cut it into cubes the same size as the watermelon.
8.
Place the dug out melon sac on the bottom of the watermelon cup, and then put in the agar cake and watermelon grains of various colors.
Tips:
1. Jam can replace the fruit that is abundant in the season.
2. Because the made agar can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time, but the cut fruit must be eaten fresh. It is recommended to mix the fruit when you need to eat it. There is another thing that fresh fruit will easily leak out after a long time.
3. When melting the agar, if some of the agar has not melted yet, pour it into the strainer to isolate it. The agar on the strainer will form a piece and be easily removed if it is left for more than ten minutes.
