Colorful Mixed Vegetables

These are the ingredients you need: wash the two-color cabbage, green peppers, and carrots and cut them into thick shreds, wash the unsalted shrimp skin, beat the eggs into a bowl, and chop the garlic;

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil, if you like spicy flavor, add less chili oil;

Tips:
1. The two-color cabbage should be blanched separately, and the purple cabbage should be bleached, so it should be blanched separately to make the color beautiful;
