1.
Almond wood and walnuts (you can also add other nuts according to personal preference), oven 160℃, middle layer, bake for 5 minutes, bake the aroma
2.
Other dried fruits are mixed and weighed, and the larger pieces are cut into small pieces
3.
The toasted nuts are cut into smaller pieces and weighed together with the dried fruit. If it is not enough 230g in the end, just add a few more depending on your mood~
4.
Melt the butter over a low heat, don’t boil it
5.
Add marshmallows and stir slowly in circular motions
6.
Mix and stir until the marshmallow solution and butter are completely integrated. If you can still see the separated butter and marshmallow, continue to heat and stir.
7.
Weigh the milk powder you need, and pour it into the marshmallow paste as if it is raining. Don't just pour it in at once. Easy to mix unevenly
8.
Stir and mix well and turn off the heat. Stir fry a few more times (must use a non-stick pan!!! Otherwise it will be painful during the process and the last time you cook the pan)
9.
Add the mixed nuts and dried fruits prepared earlier, pierce the marshmallows vigorously. If the room temperature is low and solidify quickly, turn on a low heat to soften it slightly.
10.
Distribute the dried fruit as evenly as possible. Mixed into clusters
11.
After taking it out, let it cool slightly, and knead it a few more times. Ensure that the dried fruit and nougat can be mixed and contacted more tightly
12.
Put it on a non-stick baking pan, press it flatly with your hands, and use a tool to help tidy the edges.
13.
Roll out the surface with the rolling pin, and pay attention to the right side to use the auxiliary tool to compress the nougat body. Arrange the four sides and the surface and let cool and wait for demoulding
14.
After it's completely cooled down, turn the baking tray upside down and tap it for a few clicks to remove the mold perfectly~~~ Prepare a sharper knife and start cutting happily.
