5 slices of toast / 3 eggs, 100 grams of purple potato / 15 grams of milk, 1 tomato / 3 slices of lettuce / 2 slices of homemade luncheon meat. Accessories: oil / black sesame
2.
Peel the purple sweet potato, cut into small cubes, and steam in a steamer for about 15 minutes.
*Purple potatoes are mainly added to supplement dietary fiber for children. It is no problem if you replace them with sweet potatoes and yams.
3.
Put a round mold in the pot, and apply a layer of vegetable oil to the pot and the inside of the mold.
*You can use the fried egg mold at home. Or operate directly in the pot, without the help of molds, without affecting the taste.
4.
Beat an egg in it, fry on low heat until cooked through, then remove from the mold.
*If the egg sticks to the mold during demolding, a knife or silicone spatula can be used to assist the demolding.
5.
Brush a thin layer of oil in the pan, add homemade luncheon meat and fry until both sides are slightly yellow, and then set aside.
*Here I have prepared 2 homemade tutorials for everyone, all of which can be frozen and eaten for a week after finishing them once, which happens to be added to the sandwich.
6.
At this time, the purple potato is just ripe, take it out, add milk, and pound it into a delicate mud.
*Because purple sweet potato itself has less water content, babies who are allergic to milk can just add a little water and mash it.
7.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into small slices, and set aside.
8.
Beat the remaining 2 eggs into the plate and stir well. You can also sprinkle some black sesame seeds and stir evenly like I did, it will be more fragrant.
9.
Cut off the four sides of the toast slice, leaving only the soft part in the middle. Toast slices can be replaced with steamed bun slices, remember to cut thinner.
*Toast tutorial I have compiled a summary before, all of which are shredded, black sesame, and nuts. You can directly reply to "bread machine" in my official account dialog box to get it with one click.
10.
Put the purple potato mash on the toast first, and spread the surface evenly.
11.
Cover with a piece of toast, and put luncheon meat and fried eggs on the surface.
12.
Continue to stack toast, tomato slices, toast, and lettuce on top.
13.
Finally, cover the toast slice and press it to make the food fit together perfectly.
*What I made here can be said to be the deluxe version of the sandwich. The sisters can increase or decrease the number of layers and ingredients according to the existing ingredients at home and the chewing ability of the baby.
14.
Finally, evenly dip the surface of the sandwich with egg liquid.
15.
Brush the pan with oil, put the prepared sandwiches in the pan, fry until the bottom is set, and then turn it over.
*Oven version: Put the sandwich in the oven, adjust the fire to 180 degrees, about 10 minutes, bake it until the surface is colored, and take it out.
16.
Fry until all 6 sides turn slightly yellow, and cut into small pieces after being out of the pan.

I have one piece for the baby, I have to say it is really delicious and rich in layers!
The nutrition of vegetables, meat and staple foods is not lost. For those who like to eat sandwiches, this tutorial should be collected!
