Colorful Shrimp

Thaw the shrimp, pick out the shrimp thread, wash, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, half an egg white, a little salt, half the amount of chopped green onion, ginger and garlic. Grab well and marinate for more than half a day.
