Colorful Three-dimensional Moon Cakes

1. Ingredients: 45 grams of glutinous rice flour, 35 grams of sticky rice flour, 20 grams of orange powder, 50 grams of powdered sugar, 20 grams of salad oil, 150 grams of milk, 150 grams of moon cake filling, appropriate amount of coloring/fruit flour, appropriate amount of cooked glutinous rice flour

2. Production process: Pour the oil and milk into a bowl and stir evenly

3. Add the sifted icing sugar and mix well

4. Then add the weighed glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, and orange flour after sieving and add them together and stir evenly

5. Stir well and filter, pour it into the dish and let it stand for 30 minutes

6. Cover the plate with plastic wrap and steam it in the pot for 25 minutes

7. Scrape the steamed dough with a spatula and stir together until smooth

9. Divide the mooncake filling into 25 g/piece balls, divide the snow skin into 45 g/piece balls, and use a toothpick to dip a little food coloring to knead into colorful snow skin

10. Take a flower slice, stick the cooked powder, knock out the excess powder, take a little blue ice skin, roll it into a small ball, and place it in the center of the flower groove

11. Then take some yellow ice skin and press it into the middle groove on the flower center, and then pinch it in. The thumb will stick to the cooked powder and it will not stick.

12. Install the flower piece in the moon cake mold and set it aside for later use

13. Take 25 grams of blue snowy skin, flatten the snowy skin and put a mooncake filling in the middle

14. Slowly push up with the mouth of the tiger with your hand until the snowy skin completely covers the mooncake filling, tighten the mouth and make a round

15. Dip a little cooked powder on your hand, rub the filled mooncake ball in the palm of your hand to make the surface of the mooncake ball stick a thin layer of cooked powder, and then put the mooncake ball into the mooncake mold

Tips:

1. Take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and fry it in a pot. Use it as a hand powder. Fry until it turns slightly yellow to become a cooked glutinous rice flour. Let it cool to make hand powder.
2. Color matching according to personal preference, the rest of each colored snowy skin can be matched at will. Take 25 grams of skin-packed mooncake filling and press it with a mold.
3. If you don't like to use food coloring, you can use fruit and vegetable powder instead.
