Combination of Chinese and Western Version-tomato Beef Pasta

                                Bring water to a boil in a pot, add pasta and cook for 7-8 minutes

                                Put the cooked pasta in cold water and soak in cold water.

                                Shred onion and cabbage, sliced mushrooms

                                Heat olive oil, add onion and fry until slightly yellow, add minced meat and fry

                                [Homemade bolognaise Italian sauce]:
 1. Peel and dice tomatoes
 2. Heat olive oil, add diced tomatoes, and stir-fry until juice
 3. Add minced black pepper, chicken essence, salt, basil, minced garlic, and parsley, and stir well.
