In the original comics [Doraemon] was born on September 3, 2112. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of the mechanical cat, I specially made this [Bingxin Dorayaki] to congratulate it. . . . . "

Ingredients

Commemorating The 100th Anniversary of Doraemon’s Birth, "ice Heart Dorayaki"

1. Sift the flour and set aside.

2. Mix sugar and eggs until the sugar dissolves, add baking powder, baking powder, water and honey and mix well.

3. Sprinkle a little more flour and mix it into a batter. (If there is a granular shape, filter it down)

4. Heat the non-stick pan and turn to low heat. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the batter into the middle of the pan and let it spread out into a circle by itself.

5. When there are many small bubbles on the batter, turn it over when the bottom is colored.

6. Flip the other side and fry until it is colored. (Use a small fire throughout)

7. All fried [Dorayaki]

8. Spread an appropriate amount of ice cream of any flavor on one of the dorayaki slices, and then cover with another slice.

9. Sliced ice-cold and delicious drops [Bingxin Dorayaki]

10. Or coated with [chocolate sauce], [fresh carrot sauce] are delicious. . .
