Comprehensive Fruit Cup

Wash the fruits and cut them at will. Peel the orange peel into shreds for later use; soak the gelatine slices in ice water in advance.

Put cold boiled water in the pot, add fine sugar and heat until it melts; when small bubbles emerge from the side of the pot, it can be turned off without boiling.

Drain the soaked gelatine tablets into the heated sugar water, stir until melted; from this step, there is no need to open the fire to heat, otherwise the effect of the gelatine will be destroyed.

After the gelatin has melted, add the mint leaves and orange zest and stir evenly, soak for 2 minutes; there is no need to soak for too long. If it is soaked for too long, it will taste bitter and astringent.

Filter the mint leaf syrup after 2 minutes, only need water, not mint leaves.

Cool the filtered jelly liquid in cold water.

Put the cut fruit in the cup.

Then add the jelly liquid to the fruit cup.

Put it in the refrigerator and chill until solidified and ready to eat.

Fruits can use seasonal fruits.
Mint leaves and orange peel do not need to be soaked for too long, otherwise they will have a bitter taste.
