Conch with Shacha Sauce

Ingredients: snails (washed), sliced ginger, sliced garlic, chives

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add ginger and garlic slices to fragrant.

Next, add the cleaned snails and add 3 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Add 1 tablespoon shacha sauce.

Stir fry with seasoning.

Finally, put the chives and serve.
