Conch with Shacha Sauce

Ingredients: snails (washed), sliced ginger, sliced garlic, chives

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add ginger and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

Next, add the cleaned snails and add some cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
6.
Add the right amount of sugar.
7.
Add the right amount of salt.
8.
Add the right amount of shacha sauce.
9.
Stir fry with seasoning.

Finally, put the chives and serve.
