Condensed Milk Mixed Eight-treasure Rice

Large collection of raw materials: cooked glutinous rice (soak glutinous rice for 4 hours, I use electric pressure cooker to select the rice stall, steam the glutinous rice), add 50 grams of sugar and a small amount of condensed milk into the glutinous rice and stir evenly. Spread a little cooking oil around the bowl, I used peanut oil.

Then spread a layer of bean paste on top of the glutinous rice, the thickness can be adjusted at will according to personal taste.

Spread another layer of glutinous rice and compact it.

Sprinkle some honey beans on the glutinous rice and press the steamed lotus seeds into the glutinous rice. Steam on the pot for 15 minutes.

Pour the bowl into the plate while it is hot. Use water, starch and sugar to thicken the eight-treasure rice. That's it!
