Congee Chicken

The chicken breast is cooked with salt and torn into shreds. Stir-fried the chicken with olive oil. Put the teriyaki sauce and cumin powder and stir-fry with the shredded plum and bamboo shoots (you can also use other bags of mustard pickles). Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
