Congee with Preserved Egg Sauce

1. Prepare 2 preserved eggs, pork meat, rice, spring onions, and ginger.

2. Cut the preserved egg into small pieces, shred the ginger, and mince the shallots

3. Soak the rice in water for about an hour.

4. In the process of soaking the rice, start to put the pig-kin meat sauce for later use.

5. Soak the rice and press the porridge stall to start making porridge.

6. The porridge is almost ready!

7. Put the sauced pork, preserved egg and ginger in a rice cooker and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add a little bit of salt.

8. The fragrant porridge with preserved egg sauce is ready!

Tips:

I sauce the pig meat first, and then put it in the porridge. The raw pork will have a fishy smell, and the pig meat is rich in protein.
