Convolvulus Meatball Soup

Ingredients.

Wash the water spinach and pick the sections.
3.
Prepared meatballs.
4.
Mince ginger and green onions.
5.
Stir fragrant ginger and green onions over low heat.

Add water or stock.
7.
Bring to a boil and add the meatballs.
8.
After boiling, defoam and cook for three to five minutes, depending on the size of the meatballs.
9.
Add water spinach.
10.
The water spinach changes color, just add salt to taste.
11.
Bowl.
Tips:
When the water spinach is cooked, it should not be too long. Cook the meatballs before adding them.
