Cooked Yellow Croaker

The yellow croaker is packed and sliced from the middle.

Then marinate with salt, cooking wine, hoisin sauce and white pepper.

After the yellow croaker is marinated, pat the powder and fry it in the pan. When it is fried, use the chopsticks to lift the tail and fry it into the pan to set the shape.

Tips:
1. When cleaning yellow croaker, the black membrane of the abdominal cavity must be washed.
