Cooking Soup
1.
Clean all the ingredients (soak the mushrooms and black fungus in hot water for 20 minutes), cut into cubes, pickle the white radish with salt, and squeeze the water.
2.
Stir-fry the pork belly to get the oil, add a little soy sauce, stir-fry the mushrooms, black fungus, and white radish to create a fragrance, and then fry the leeks until they are cooked through. Season with salt.
3.
Spread out the fried fillings on a large plate to prevent the leeks from turning yellow.
4.
Knead with 100°C boiling water and glutinous rice flour until soft and firm, and form a dough.
5.
Pinch into a dumpling shape.
6.
The size of the jackal depends on personal preference.
7.
Pour in the boiled bone broth (chicken broth, duck broth is better) and boil, add the glutinous rice soup, bring to a boil over medium heat, turn it over, and then boil until all of it floats.
Tips:
Fillings can be added with ingredients according to personal preference.
