Cool Down~~mung Bean Popsicles

1. Mung beans are soaked in water for a few hours in advance, or soaked in the refrigerator overnight. Soaked mung beans can shorten the cooking time.

2. Put the lid on, turn to a low heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.

3. Then add 50 grams of rock sugar.

4. After adding the rock sugar, the mung beans will be cooked and bloom in about 15 minutes.

5. You can make more at a time, some as mung bean paste and some as mung bean popsicles. Pour the mung bean paste that has cooled to room temperature into a popsicle mold and put it in the refrigerator. After freezing for 2 hours, insert the popsicle stick.

6. Before eating, turn the popsicle mold over, rinse it under the tap for 30 seconds, gently pull out the popsicle stick, it's all right!
