Cool for A Summer-kiwi Ice Cream

Prepare the ingredients.

1. After being made into custard, it can be made into other fruit ice cream together with any other fruits. You can also put cocoa powder and matcha powder to make different flavors.
2. Be careful when making custard, use low heat, keep stirring, never boil, otherwise you will get a pot of egg drop soup.
3. The time to stir ice cream varies from refrigerator to refrigerator. I stir it for the first time after freezing for 3 hours, and then stir it once an hour. If it feels too hard to stir, you can put it a little while waiting for the ice cream to soften and stir again, but It should be noted that it must be stirred while it is solid, as it will lose the meaning of stirring when it turns into a liquid.
4. You can add sugar if you like sweet taste. I think the sour ones are better without sugar.
5. If you don’t have an ice cream scoop, just use a regular scoop. My home doesn’t. The metal scoop is as good as it is dug out, but the shape is not as good as the ice cream scoop.
