Cool Mint Vegetable and Fruit Salad

Prepare the ingredients and seasonings.

Wash and chop mint leaves.
3.
Add yogurt and mix into mint sauce.
4.
Wash and shred the lettuce and put it in a bowl.
5.
Wash, peel and shred pears.
6.
Wash and shred cucumbers.
7.
Peel the tangerines into petals; cut the orange petals of tomatoes.
8.
In another bowl, put the cucumber and pear shreds, and stir in the mint sauce.
9.
Cut the lemon and squeeze the lemon juice onto the ingredients in the bowl.
10.
Put the mixed cucumber and pear on the shredded lettuce.
11.
Place the tomatoes on the side of the bowl. Another plate is my favorite tangerine drops.
