It's just that the quantity is not too much. Add 5-6 times clear water. The total amount is up to half of the pressure cooker. Don't make too much, because purple rice is prone to produce a lot of mucus, too much may seal the vent valve of the pressure cooker, which would be too dangerous.

Cook in a pressure cooker for about 35 minutes. It can also be soaked for an afternoon after adding water to shorten the cooking time appropriately. I usually cook it at night. After cooking, add appropriate amount of brown sugar and honey, stir evenly and let cool, then put it in the fresh-keeping box. Store in the refrigerator. Drinking it at noon and afternoon the next day is cool and pleasant.
