Cordyceps and Winter Melon Pork Ribs Soup

1. The new Kunbo casserole has a large capacity of 4.6 liters. It can put 2 catties of ribs and 2 catties of winter melon at a time, which can satisfy a family of four.

2. Peel the winter melon, wash and cut into pieces for later use.

3. Cut the ribs and soak them in bleeding water and drain the water for later use.

4. Prepare the cordyceps, star anise, green onion knot, ginger slices, and Chinese pepper in the ingredients.

5. Put the ribs in the Kunbo casserole and add the ingredients.

6. Pour in an appropriate amount of water.

7. Put it on a gas stove and boil on high heat, then turn to medium and low heat for 30 minutes.

8. Put in the winter melon cubes.
